Today, nine years later, I am doing wonderfully. Thanks to that surgery, I live a pain-free life. I engage in strength training, running, swimming, and squash. I go hiking and travel the world with a backpack—doing everything I want to do without limitations.
More than five years after the surgery, the patient is living an active and fulfilling life again. The debilitating nerve pain that once dominated everyday life is gone, mobility has been preserved, and long periods of sitting, traveling, hiking, and physical activity are once again possible.
