I came to Dr. Desai for surgery in December 2019, after my wife had the same surgery with him in March 2019.  I was always skeptical of medical intervention outside of my country but was so amazed at the results of her surgery that I decided to go with him.

My artificial disc replacement was for my L5/S1. My back and disk pain was terrible. Doctors only gave me pain medication that did not fix the underlying problem. The pain and immobility got so bad that I could barely pass my physical fitness tests for work and it was difficult to travel due to having to carry large amounts of baggage.   

I could have had surgery for my L5/S1 in the United States had I pushed for it.  However, the results from my wife's surgery (three level artificial disc replacement) were so positive that I instead chose to have Dr. Desai fix my back. He did that and more. It saved my career and I feel better than I had in a long time.   

The care received from Dr. Desai and his team was amazing and better than any I ever received in any medical facility. His bedside manner is beyond that of any Dr. I have ever seen while his staff is supportive and extremely capable. After having my surgery, they gave me physical therapy and instructed me on the right exercises to do.
